Directions
Replesta should be taken with the largest meal of the day.

Take 1 wafer once weekly (every seven days) for 8 weeks. After completing the 8 weeks, continue with the maintenance dose. Start your maintenance dose 4 weeks after the last loading dose. wafers must be chewed or crushed. Do not swallow whole wafer. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
